Cancellation Policy
Payment and Billing All payments are due as per the selected plan and are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Money-Back Guarantee. Clients are responsible for timely payments for each package or session. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your Transformation Coaching Package at any time during the program: No Refunds on Paid Amounts: Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable. However, the amount already paid can be credited toward future coaching sessions or packages within one year from cancellation, excluding retreats and Grief Recovery Work. Money-Back Guarantee (Transformation Coaching Packages Only) We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee for Transformation Coaching Packages, subject to the following conditions: Eligibility: The guarantee applies if the client feels they gained no meaningful benefit after completing the entire package. Requirements: To qualify, clients must have: Attended all sessions and participated actively. Completed all assignments and reflection exercises. Communicated any issues during sessions. Refund Process: Requests must be made within 30 days of program completion. Participation will be reviewed to confirm eligibility. Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply to retreats, Grief Recovery Work, or any non-Transformation packages. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions Clients must give 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling a session. Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited without a refund or rescheduling option. Client Responsibility Enlightened Trails LLC’s services empower clients with strategies and tools, but success depends on their commitment. Clients are responsible for their progress and outcomes. We do not guarantee specific results.
